What happens if I receive a faulty/incorrect item?

Please email support@antonelladerosa.com within 48 hours of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- 2–3 clear photos of the item
- A brief description of the issue
Our team will review this quickly and organise a replacement, exchange, or refund as soon as possible.
When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
Orders placed:
- Before 12 PM (AEST) → usually processed same or next business day
- After 12 PM, weekends, or public holidays → processed the following business day
Once shipped, you’ll receive your tracking details by email.
Please allow extra time during sales periods or holidays.
Do you ship internationally?
We are currently working on expanding our reach, we plan to ship internationally soon.

Currently, Antonella De Rosa is an online-only brand.This allows us to offer exclusive pieces and ship directly to you. Stay tuned for future pop-ups or events!

When will sold out items be restocked?
Some of our pieces are produced in limited quantities and may sell out quickly. While we restock selected styles, not all items will return.
To be notified if a product comes back, simply select “Notify Me” on the product page, choose your size, and enter your email address. You’ll be the first to know if it’s restocked.
